The caramel is my favorite of the available flavors. Good quick snack either plain or with peanut butter.

Quakers Carmel rice cakes are really good. However, if your dieting, check the calories and portion size.

Also love these, but you have to be careful, 1 cake is 50 calories, I bet YOU can't eat just one. LOL

Slightly sweet crunchy snack for those in between times when it's not time for a full meal. Very tasty
