This stuff tastes just like Carmel corn and since its rice it hardly has any calories. There only 50 calories per rice cake and very little sugar a great substitute for Carmel corn popcorn

This product contains soybean oil. Soybean oil causes kidney stones, and allergic reactions, yet manufacturers continue to use this cheap but problematic ingredient.

These are great for when you just want "something" little to snack on. I'm not so tempted to gobble down the whole section. One cake takes long enough to eat and that always helps to curb the temptation to eat more.

I buy these because I am Gluten-Free and I have had no problems. However, each person is different. I hear the caramel might cause issues with people, so consider that before buying.

I bought a bag two days ago and opened them today. They were so old and stale and too hard. l was afraid l'd break a tooth. They were all stuck together and would have to be pried apart with a knife. The package exp date is Feb 14, 2023, but they are already rancid. I've bought these before and they were fresh and delicious, and l left a positive review. Quaker's QC/QA dropped the ball on the batch these came from.

I can't eat all the cool things like twinkes. Ice cream. Or rice crispy treats. So this is my treat. It's.....ok. not the best. I did leave the open pack that was mostly full on the counter for days. I either really didn't like them or am awful on cleaning.

A great snack that's GF, taste great and is easily made into a dessert with added toppings like peanut butter for added protein. I highly recommend these rice snacks. They come packaged in separate pks of 6 so they will stay fresh longer and are more enjoyable.

I love the taste of these. I get a little chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth without the guilt.
