the Carmel is definately our favorite flavor. Actually alot of the other plavors were not very good, but this is worth a try. Its a low calorie food so good for a snack. with a touch of sweetness.

These are great for when you just want "something" little to snack on. I'm not so tempted to gobble down the whole section. One cake takes long enough to eat and that always helps to curb the temptation to eat more.

This stuff tastes just like Carmel corn and since its rice it hardly has any calories. There only 50 calories per rice cake and very little sugar a great substitute for Carmel corn popcorn
