I enjoy rice cakes because they are low in calories and can satisfy an urging for something sweet. I like all the flavors but my favorites are the chocolate ones and the caramel flavored. I have this snack while watching TV in the evening.

If you do not like caramel popcorn you will not like this ---it is the same taste but easier to eat. Great taste! They sell smaller sizes that are more bite size too.

These remind me of cracker jacks from my childhood and I Love the crunch and That they're low calorie. I have to have these in my house at all times. They're my go to when I need something sweet.

I eat in a calorie deficit and I'm always looking for a sweet snack that is low-calorie. This is the perfect snack for me and it's filling and almost taste like cracker Jack's.

These snacks are really good, but have gone up about 200% in recent years. That would be the only reason I hesitate recommending them. IF you don't mind the price, go for it, as they are good!
