[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, would like to say Most new mattress make my back hurt. The first night and this one did not. Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. Very disappointed in spending this much money on a mattress that hurts my body so bad to sleep on and can't even return it. There is nothing level on it, it's stiff in some spots and super soft in others. You would think with a price tag like that it would feel like a luxury bed. I will never ever buy another stearns and foster again as this was my second one after exchanging a different one because it was ungodly uncomfortable. Their is no way the same mattresses are in the store than being sold. And I am well past the break in period so my body doesn't just need to adjust.

I had the cassatt ultra plush and exchanged it for the lux hybrid soft and regret every minute of it. I swear I have a defective bed. It is only soft in certain spots and for the most part hard all over and I can feel the coils or whatever this bed is made of. I've had it longer than 6 months so it's definitely had time to break in and still as uncomfortable as ever. And from previous reviews I know stearns and fost won't do a darn thing about it. Such an expensive bed for low quality. Do not recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress, it's like sleeping on a cloud! I have sciatica, and this mattress has been wonderful! I've never slept better! I will say that originally we had it on the box springs that were part of our old traditional mattress set and my husband felt like we didn't have enough support (He prefers a more firm mattress) and felt like his weight on the mattress made me rolling into him during the night. However, we switched to a platform style bed without a box spring and the support was better for him! I highly recommend this if you prefer a cozy, comfy sleep and have a strong base.

The structure of the mattress deteriorated in less than one year. When I sat on the edge, the edge sank about half way down. The area where I normally slept developed a valley such that my girlfriend said she felt like she was entering a valley. Unfortunately since the mattress sprang back to its original level when no one was on it, the warranty dept refused to provide any help. So I discarded it. Poor quality and disappointing level of customer support.

Finally found a good mattress. I got the tight top medium. Although i admit i messed up and should got a pillow topper. But i love the support system. Luckily With mattress firm sleep trial i can switch it out after 30days. Still not sure if i should a get a plush or a firm pillow topper.

So comfortable, I don't sleep well usually not past 4am. But since I replaced my mattress with this one I've been sleeping till 5-6 am. And my body feels more rested. I am a customer not paid to write this. I have MS and this bed has made a very big difference. You won't sleep warm on it. It's worth the investment.

This mattress is outrageous. Prior to purchasing, layed on the other top brands. This mattress, from the time you lay on it feels so luxurious. I know preferences differ, but for me, there's nothing like the experience. It helps to melt away the anxiety, especially with the base Temper Ergo Smart). At this point, there's nothing I don't love about it.

I love this mattress, and so does my back! I had back surgery and it's so hard to find a soft AND supportive mattress. I usually get either soft and not supportive, or too hard of a mattress that doesn't conform to my body. This mattress is the perfect mix between soft and supportive. The memory foam is immersive enough to cradle my body, but the coils catch my body so I don't sink and throw my body out of alignment. It's worth it!

The velvety material and quality of handles on the side. I couldn't wait. It's an all in one so no box spring was needed. As soon as I laid on it, I was on cloud 9. The quality is definitely luxurious, I've never had a mattress fell and look the way this one does. The price is right for the quality for sure. The first night I slept on it I woke up feeling refreshed! My husband said the same thing. I would absolutely highly recommend this mattress to anyone! Not to soft and not to hard!
