Big improvement over the beauty rest black. Back pain reduction

Happy so far, still getting familiar with it. Difficult to get sheets on with frame.

So far no complaints. Have had it about a week and waking up with no arm or neck aches.

Couldn’t be a better experience from start to finish!

I’m getting a more restful sleep. When I wake up I am no longer stiff and sore.

Everything is great except for still sleeping a little hot.

We got this mattress a month ago and already star sinking what's up with the best of the best mattress

Was told this was a great mattress and maybe it is for a single person who is 90 lbs. My spouse and I sleep close to each other and we sink. It is very uncomfortable to wake up in the middle of the night and feel like we are in a hole. We have more than one home so by the time we figured out how uncomfortable I was past the time to exchange. After 15 months we can't take it. Currently buying a new mattress and buying a new bed frame so I can move our bed to the guest room. Waste of money for sure.

I carefully researched S&F and tried many different models. In the store I really loved the Lux Estate medium. The mattress I recieved had a sink hole in the middle. I quickly notified the store and they took prompt action to replace the faulty mattress. The new one I recieved also sinks much more than the store model that I fell in love with. It is better than the first one I recieved. However, I'm not up to another round of musical mattress, particularly since the second mattress is "signed" by the same person who signed the first sink hole mattress. I guess I am the chosen one that this person learns on. I'm very sure that I will be needing to replace this bed in a few short years, but when I do you can bet everything you own that it will NOT be a Sterns and Foster! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice mattress! Sleeps very well. It's taller than other mattresses so my fitted sheet wants to ride up and pop off so I'm constantly readjusting that. That's been an unfortunate problem. I like how supportive it is, yet has a nice soft pillow top. It doesn't have that factory smell which is so nice. Makes me think the materials used are higher quality.
