They're a bit pricey but worth every penny! You truly get what you pay for with Stearns and Foster. I've tried many brands throughout the years and all of them were a waste of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

We started having issues with this mattress within the first year. It quickly became saggy and developed noticeable sunken areas, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Since sleeping on this mattress, I have also developed constant hip pain. Unfortunately, the warranty process has been frustrating. They require you to take specific measurements using a yardstick, which is not something most people have readily available. This was one of the most expensive mattresses we've ever purchased, and by far the worst. It is also incredibly heavy and difficult to move. I would not recommend Stearns & Foster. In our experience, the quality and comfort did not justify the price. Save your money and look elsewhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We stayed at a vacation rental and had a really comfortable sleeping experience (especially since my back is usually in pain during and after a rental stay). We removed the sheets from the mattress to see what type it was (Stearns and Foster). As soon as we returned from our trip, we ordered our new mattress from Stearns and Foster and are extremely happy with our purchase. It is super comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with construction of the mattress and its apparent sturdiness. It is a very heavy mattress, not easily movable when trying to tuck the sheets under it. Unfortunately, the firmness I selected was not good for my back. I initially tried the soft level mattress, but decided to go with the medium because of back issues. However, my back pain increased, so I had to return it for a softer mattress. I purchased the Lux Estate because it included 8 vents, as well as a cool-to-the-touch cover to keep heat from building up. But the mattress held the heat of my body, even after I left the bed, you could still feel the warmth on the spot where I slept. I also bought this mattress for the enhanced pressure relief, but I believe I purchased the wrong feel. My soft feel should arrive in a few weeks . Overall, I believe this is a very well made mattress, that will provide me the comfort I seek for years to come. I do not regret purchasing it, despite the temperature short fall.

I remember my husband sleeping in a recliner for two months, after his surgery. My new Stern's & Foster mattress and adjustable base allowed me the comfort of being able to sleep in my bed. Better sleep, quicker healing.

We've been afraid to buy a new bed and not be satisfied with it so we've put it off all these years, but after sleeping on one of your beds, we decided to go ahead and order one. It's wonderful. But nope, it's been perfectly comfortable from day one (and my back is grateful)! I'd fallen in love with a friend's old old Stearns and Foster mattress (did I mention I have back pain?), so I decided to buy my own, and what a difference it's made. I'd had a 15 year old Sleep Number before, which had broken down and was extremely painful to sleep on. The Stearns and Foster I fell in love with was at least that old and wasn't broken down, thus my decision to purchase one, and look forward to many years of use. From the smooth online ordering to the delivery timing and customer service, I couldn't be happier, so I'd definitely recommend investing in this mattress (for reference, I have preferred a soft mattress before this).

Looking to rotate the mattress and shifting sleep positions for further determination. Just not what I was expecting. Waiting another 30 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy. The mattress is way to firm for a medium mattress. I now have to buy a soft topper mattress pad because it is too firm. Never buy without first trying it. Since i had previously bought two it didn't seem necessary. Not bery good help online. The only thing i love is the appearance.
