I bought a Xbox series x and it has been nothing but constant disconnecting issues and there is no disk drive I'm very unhappy. I started a return and have heard nothing since and Walmart closest store is to far to drive...what is my next step.

i just bought this today brought it home and when i went to use my headset the headphone jack on the controller is already broken. if im paying this much for a console i expect everything to be working?? so far the actual xbox works good though
