[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved using Neutrogena's new Makeup Remover Wipes Ultra-Soft Towelettes. I don't wear that much makeup, but I am a skincare junkie. I don't like double washing because it dries out my skin. Especially in the summer, sometimes my face just needs a good wipe! Whether it's my makeup running down my face from sweating or after a night out with the girls, these new super soft wipes are my new Step 1 in my skincare game. I just wipe my whole face with them before I wash my face. I hold them down on my eyes and wait about a minute. Then I lift up the wipes and my mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow are GONE! And they don't tug on my skin. They did not irritate my skin either. I have ultra sensitive, acne prone, combo skin. My skin took just fine to these incredible towelettes. Highly recommend these new makeup removing towelettes that are tough but soft. Unlike some wipes, these did not dry out either. They are also relatively speaking a bargain compared to everything else out there.

I’m a long time user of these wipes as they were the only wipes I could use on my face. UNTIL this most recent pack. I noticed that the packaging was new (updated) but thought nothing of it, because I didn’t think their formula would be different. Well it burnt my entire face and neck. It started with my eyelids and they are so swollen right now it hurts to see. Then it broke me out in an allergic reaction all over my face and neck. It has been 3 days and it won’t go away. I’m so disappointed. I still have a whole pack that I can’t even use. What happened Neutrogena??!!

Used these for just a few days, to clean my face. My eyelids burned and I now have itchy dry scale patches. I wear little-to-no makeup and feel certain this product caused the allergic reaction on my eyelids. I wouldn’t recommend use of these wipes by anyone!

On nights you are too tired to wash your face, or for an overnight trip, these are a great alternative to get all the dirt and makeup off your face. I even use these for eye makeup, as they work perfectly at taking that off as well.

They removed my makeup super well, even my very dark eye makeup. It made it easy and the wipes were very gentle on my face. I’d buy these again.

It did not leave my face feeling dried out but also no oily residue. The scent of these are great, not overpowering. They work great at removing waterproof makeup. They are a great size, can fit anywhere easily. All around a great product and biodegradable. Would definitely recommend!

I've been using these makeup remover wipes for a couple years now, after having experimented with different brands of wipes and liquids. I primarily use black waterproof liquid eyeliner, black waterproof mascara, and various shades of brown pencils to fill in my brows. Those are used daily, while I use lip products and eyeshadows very occasionally.

I have used and loved this product for longer than I can remember. However, with the last two packages I have purchased, I was disappointed in the product. The wipe itself is no longer the same material. It is much thinner and less conducive to actually wiping on the skin without ripping. Which also means it does a less than adequate job of removing makeup. What a shame.... but I'm sure they are user a cheaper product to save money. Time to look for something new. Consistency in a product is key.... when women find something we like, it's frustrating when it changes.

I love this product so much. I don't wear too much make up but it removes whatever I have on my face easily. It removes the non-waterproof mascara and eye liner with ease. It also does not break me out. I clean my face with a face wash after removing my make up with the wipes. I have been using them for years now and none of the other make up removing products have matched upto them. One wipe is enough for my entire face with minimal to average amount of make up on.
