I love these make-up remover cleansing towelettes they are so great! Not only do they leave my face free from the makeup I wear all day but it leave my skin feeling soft and clear of any oils or dirt! I love the smooth feeling of my sking when I am done using them! These are my holy grail makeup remover product. There is no other product I have found that seamlessly and easily removes my Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation like this one does. It removes my waterproof mascara, and does not sting or burn my eyes. Highly recommend.

My all time favorite makeup remover wipes. I’ve tried many different kind and these are my favorite. They are gentle for the face and don’t have much of a smell. They remove all your makeup and leave your face clean and shiny. I definitely recommend.

Great at removing makeup but shortly afterwards around my nose got horrible bumps that became painful. Weeks have gone by and cant get rid of them. Also two small bumps by eyelids have appeared that are painful and eyes have becomeextremely dry. Didnt realize. It was wipes causing problems till I looked up other reviews. Will have yo seek medical attention.

I started using these in the fall and couldn't figure out why I smelled like a man. Then I realized it was these wipes. I could deal with it for awhile, but the last pack I got is unbearable and burns my eyes. I can barely see after I use them. If they're meant to be used on your eyes, I don't think they should have any fragrance.

I bought this product because it states opthamalogist and dermatologist approved and gentle on skin. It is great for removing makeup off my face, but it literally burned my skin on my lips and removed some of the skin which caused red splotches on my lips. I had a burning sensation for a few days and I had to treat it with topical medication for 3-4 days and took me a week before I could wear lipstick. I’ve used neutrogena before, but these I bought recently caused a bad reaction.

Been having the SAME ISSUES everyone else has been having with this product! My eyes have gotten so puffy and itchy from this last pack I had and I got this horrible rash on my chin and it’s so dry and pealing. Idk what you put in these new packs but I’ve been using these wipes FOR YEARS because it was the only thing that didn’t make my skin dry and irritated while using and worked so well with taking off make up but now idk what y’all did. Would have given 0 stars but people need to know y’all don’t know what you’re doing anymore

I’ve tired many makeup wipes and hands down I always come back to this one. It doesn’t dry you out or strip your natural oils. It’s not greasy and it smells amazing. It also removes my mascara and eye makeup without irritating my eyes. Love these wipes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised at how well these Neutrogena face wipes worked for me. I love that they are plant based and compostable. These are definitely the softest wipes I've tried so far. Compared to other brands I've tried in the past, Neutrogena makeup remover wipes get the job done quickly and effortlessly. I was shocked that I only needed to use one wipe to take all of my makeup off. Normally with other brands, I have to use a minimum of 4 wipes. These wipes did not dry out my face or make me break out. Best of all, I didn't have watering eyes after using them. I highly recommend trying Neutrogena makeup remover cleansing towelettes. They are the perfect size, perfect wetness, and very effective. I will be switching to Neutrogena from now on.

This is the ONLY make-up remover I use. I love the towelettes as opposed to creams and gels or other make up removers. This removes any makeup, especially tricky mascara!! I buy the refills too because I only use this product. There is no towelette that effectively removes makeup like this one does!
