[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a week of using these wipes to makes sure they didn't irritate my skin etc. They passed all the tests! Easily removes heavy "going out" makeup, or simply mascara left under your eyes after a shower! They leave skin feelings clean and moisturized. Very gentle on skin yet get the job done! I am all for using makeup wipes and these are an affordable strong quality wipe. I will most certainly use in the future!

The "New & Improved" wipes may be better for the environment...but they are wreaking havoc on my skin. I have been using these amazing wipes for years, but this newer version is horrible! It now takes two wipes to remove my everyday make-up (which is fairly minimal to begin with). The wipe itself is VERY abrasive and has caused my skin to break out, become incredibly dry & visibly flaky. The ONLY change I have made this past week is this new version of the wipes I previously could not live without... Now I'm forced to search for another brand - incredibly frustrating & painful.

Neutrogena, my mom had an allergic reaction to your wipes. We figured out your wipes were the only thing she had recently changed in her routine. With some googling I read about the viral Facebook post re: others recent bad reactions and I was able to help her figure it out. She experienced swollen/irritated eyelids and lip swelling/irritation/burning that did not subside until use of wipes was discontinued. Something has definitely gone wrong with your wipes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wipes are perfect for throwing in my travel bag! They remove most makeup, even mascara, without needing soap and water. They're way more convenient than messy oil cleansers, especially when I'm on the go. While they're fragranced, which might not be for everyone (I, personally, don't mind since it's a light fragrance), they're gentle and effective for quick makeup refreshes throughout the day. Just swipe and clean a specific area if my makeup gets messed up, and I'm good to go!

I was really excited to begin using them, and I had read that they were so effective. I do admit that they are, indeed, very effective. However, the fragrance is so strong, even two washes with an unscented gentle face wash still left my skin smelling like perfume. I was so surprised, given the lack of fragrance in other popular Neutrogena products. I also had a moderate Rosacea flare in response to these which was very uncomfortable. Please do make these in a gentle, effective, unscented formula please! I cannot recommend these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Neutrogena products. And the love for their makeup remover wipes are no short of more love. These wipes are big enough and thick enough to handle the removal of makeup on the entire face, maybe two needed if you are wearing a ton of makeup. They do not have a bad smell and they take makeup off with ease. Would highly recommend to others!

Horrible Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes. Coming from a great brand, I expected more out of these towelettes. They burned my face horribly, still have rashes after 5 days of using them. In addition to that, they did not remove all makeup like I wanted too. Disappointed because I love this brand. would not recommend to friends, and would not use again.

I have been using these towelettes for years and always thought they removed make up really well. However, the last 3 times or so that I have purchased them, they are much drier than they used to be. Not cleaning nearly as well as before. Don't know if they changed the formula but they are definitely not as moist as they used to be. Will not buy again.

I bought this product about a month ago because I was tired of the old product I was using. I used this product to remove my makeup every night before going to bed. After 3 or 4 days I noticed a rash starting to develop on my chin and the sides of my mouth. I had no clue what was causing it. Then I realized the rash would flare up after using this product. I hadn't changed anything about my lifestyle or diet that would lead to a change in my skin so I concluded it must be the makeup removing wipes. I decided to do some research and I read some reviews. Turns out I'm not the only one who developed a rash from using this product. I stopped using the product right after I made the conclusion and the rash has subsided. My skin still remains dry and slightly flaky but I'm sure that will pass. On a good note it did remove my makeup quite well. All in all I won't ever buy this product again.
