I used this product and ended up with horrible blisters on my lips and severe swelling. I now have doctor bills, pharmacy payments, and not to mention lips that can’t heal over this product. I loved this brand but I cannot believe the makeup wipes have done this to my face.

I had been using a store brand towelette and was very satisfied with its softness, effectiveness and the clean, very mild fragrance. I thought I was 'upgrading' to the Neutrogena when it was on sale. I was so surprised at the odor! It smells like one of those magazines with the perfume ad inserts. I have only used three of them (I kept trying to like them)and have had to wash all of the 'stink' off of my face so my eyes don't burn. If I had saved my receipt I would have gone to get my money back. No more Neutrogena.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how soft these feel on my skin. They remove any makeup leftover and make my skin feel refreshed. I like how this product is easy to travel with and I've been using this brand since I was a teen so I know it's reliable.

Do not buy!!!! I have used these forever and the new formula for the plant based wipes is horrible. Skin feels like it is burning followed by dry itchy stinging rash on my cheeks and all surrounding my eyes including making one eye swollen for a night — never happened with the old ones and I will NEVER buy the new ones again.

I am not impressed AT ALL with this product. They do get the job done by removing all make-up, but the "ultra-soft cloth" title it was givin is complete nonsense. These cloths were like sandpaper to my face. I only wear make-up on my eyes, so they were really sensitive and irritated after using this product. I usually LOVE Nuetrogena products, however I will NOT be buying this specific product again.

I love these wipes and have been using them for years. A few months ago I purchased some of these and started having reactions around my eyes with swollen eyelids and peeling. I could not determine at first what was causing the reactions but after reading the other similar symptoms that many others were having, this may be exactly what happened. Since being put on steroid and not using the wipes, it has cleared up alot.

I have been using these wipes for so many years!! Only to find out that it has been the reason behind my horrible outbreaks in red rashes on my face and neck, I have spent so much money on visiting a dermatologist and naturopath to get rid of the horrific rashes I have expierenced, and not to mention the lack in confidence I have had because of it. Once I stopped using this product, all my problems were gone! Don't not buy this product, please stop selling it!!!

A really basic but reliable product. I keep it in my gym bag and travel bag but I usually don't use these at home. Affordable and decent packaging. Really a simple product that is done well so I'll rebuy these whenever I run out. Definitely reccomend for someone on the go.

I’ve been using the make up wipes for quite some time now for personal use and I also used the wipe for all my makeup clients. My daughter and I use the makeup remover wipe recently and we broke out in a terrible rash. The rash was on our face, ears, neck and left us feeling really miserable.

I've been using these wipes for a year now (recommended to me by my best friend) and I honestly love them! I use them every time I remove my face makeup (I like using the oil free eye makeup remover by Neutrogena for my eye makeup) and my face is 100% clean after using them. I have sensitive skin as well so props to this product for being so gentle! :)
