I have been using these wipes for years without any problems, but stopped for a while because i was washing my face at home in the shower. My boyfriends daughter(who uses the wipes daily) said her eyes burned but I didn’t know what was causing it and she stopped using the wipes and it got better. I ended up staying in the hospital with a family member, so I grabbed some travel products (including the wipes) and after just using them my eyes burn and my face is red with what appears to be a rash. Thankfully I am in a hospital of all places, so I intend to ask a doctor or nurse what the issue may be. I looked online and there at many more reviews and complaints. I would not use this product until they figure out (and fix) whatever this issue is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These arrived in the mail to try a few days ago and I've been using them every night after work and while these work absolutely perfect! It takes my mascara and eyeliner right off after a few swipes and at least my skin feeling smooth and soft!!

I used to swear by these, but not anymore! I feel very VERY lucky as I didn’t develop a rash like many of the other reviewers. But last night I was removing my makeup and my face started tingling. It wasn’t excruciating but it was definitely uncomfortable. It felt like the tingly feeling you get when you use lip plumper, but all over my cheek that I had used it on. I immediately washed my face with soap and hot water, maybe that’s why I didn’t break out. But I don’t plan to use them again. It’s a shame because I LOVE their other products!

I've been using these wipes for about three weeks now and I have had itchy, burning eyes every time after using them. I'm not sure what is in these, but whatever it is is NOT eye gentle, my eyes always sting and feel like they're burning afterwards. Recently, I've developed a rash on my eyelids and upper cheekbones, that is itchy, burns, swells up, and is painful. Now, it is healing, and is dry and scaly and looks awful. This is the ONLY new product I've introduced to my skin in months, I do NOT have sensitive skin, I've never had this type of reaction to anything before. Definitely will not be repurchasing, I really thought these would work for me since they're so hyped up but nah, I'm good.

I love to have these wipes with me at all times. Never know when you will need them. I also use these while applying my makeup for those oops moments we all have. Can be found almost anywhere these wipes are a go to of mine now without a hefty price tag

Neutrogena is a brand I trust to be safe on my skin. These are super soft. The idea they are compostable is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

These take makeup off pretty well but they tend to be a bit pricier than other brands I have tried. Personally, I prefer the Kirkland since they work better for me and are significantly cheaper, and come with more product as far as purchasing makeup wipes goes.
