[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Neutrogena Ultra Soft Cleansing Towelettes for removing makeup. This is a great step to do before using facial cleanser. The size of the towelettes are generous. It did not irritate my sensitive skin. It got more than 90 percent of my makeup off. There was no scent. These would be great to take to the gym or while traveling. I used these at night before cleansing my face. If I could make any improvements, I just wish they had a bit more moisture. They are nice, convenient and gentle.

I have been using these towelettes for several months with no problem, but yesterday when I was taking my makeup off my face felt like it was burning. The skin underneath my eyes is bright red and swollen, and I have a really red place on My cheek. This morning no better. Still very red and feels like a sunburn with slight swelling. Something has definitely changed in the formula. Won't buy again.

So i along with many other have been using these makeup wipes for years. Recently I opened a new pack and after a couple days of use my eye lids developed this uncomfortable, unsightly, and painful rash that wouldn’t go away until I realized what the source of my problem might be… these wipes. safe to say I will never purchase these again and wish I could give zero starts. For a company to claim these are safe for sensitive skin when they aren’t is pretty bad.

Love how well these wipes work. Removes all makeup including waterproof mascara and long lasting lip colors. Gentle on the skin and love them for traveling or on the go. Highly recommend. There are cheaper off brand versions that work just as well. A must have in your bathroom cabinet!

I already use the regular towelettes for removing my makeup and these are just as effective and much softer to boot! I love that it doesn't contain all those bad chemicals and I trust that I'm getting a quality product from this brand!

This product works great to remove makeup but it caused me to have the worst breakout i have had in my life. I didn't realize until i ran out and quit using them. After i quit my face cleared up right away. Plus it doesnt leave a fresh feeling. Maybe they shoukd only be used for the eyes.

A classic staple in anyone's skin care routine. Removes my make up so well and doesnt leave my face as greasy as most make up removers. Love these. Gentle and soft. They get rid of it all.....eye makeup and even sunscreen or bare minerals, which is so good but sometimes hard to get washed off. No strong smell....much better than Burts Bees.....which sting a little and have too much scent.

No other wipes work as well as these. 1 wipe can take off an entire face of full glam makeup. It gets all that eyelash glue and built up mascara without any extensive rubbing. I live how it leaves the skin feeling clean but not dry or oily and i really feel like it gets the makeup out of those pores.

Been using these for years and opened a new back last night. After using I immediately broke out in hives covering my face and neck. I feel like my skin has been burned. Had to go to the doctor and call out of work due to the pain. Will not continue using!

I’ve been using these wipes for several years now. I only need one wipe, even for a full face of makeup! It’s not harsh on my skin at all. These towelettes are always moist and have just enough product in them. Some other makeup remover wipes are too dry, irritating your skin when you rub it.
