I used these for almost 5 years and I will never use these again. I had an allergic reaction that made my eyes swollen shut and it was extremely painful too. This reaction has happened for the past month. I was going through my makeup routine to figure out what I was reacting to and I never thought that it would be makeup wipes.

TLDR: These don't take off all makeup, leave a nasty residue on the skin + may very well be causing acne + excessive dryness. Since I started wearing makeup more often (and, in turn, using these wipes more) I've noticed two major things. Number one: I've gotten so much acne since using these, and on places that have never been an issue, mainly my cheeks. These wipes were the only thing I changed in my routine: same face wash, lotion, foundation + concealer as before. Number two: My skin has dried out. It's so dry. Yes, it's winter, but my skin has never gotten this dry. But that can just be coincidence, however these wipes definitely do not take all makeup off + leave a horrible residue on the skin. If I look in the mirror after using these, I can see places that I definitely wiped that have foundation or concealer still present. My face feels greasy + all around gross after using these, so I have no doubt it's clogging up pores.

They are a soft material and the scent is almost not there. My skin did not have any reaction to the wipes and no breakouts from using a new product. I recommend these and will be purchasing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Neutrogena Makeup Remover cleansing towelettes are very soft and gentle on my skin. I do not feel the need to apply any pressure when using them, just simply wipe. They are very good at removing both eye and facial makeup. My skin looks and feels freshly clean after using the Neutrogena wipes.

I have tried several different make-up remover wipes and these are by far the best! They are soft, but take off all of your make-up. I use make-up and mascara that are all day wear, but these wipes have no problem taking it off. I would highly recommend these!

I have dry skin so anything I cleanse my face with generally makes the issue worse! NOT THESE! They smell amazing and clean! They leave my skin feeling fresh and sooooooo soft. The surprising part for me was how hydrated my skin feels after using them. The way they are packaged is perfect. Have you ever purchased other brands which when you pull a wipe out you end up pulling out half the pack trying to get one? I absolutely can’t stand when I buy new ones and they are like that. These pull out one at a time and perfectly every time. There’s no having to touch them with dirty hands then shove them back in the pack to grow the germs. That’s a massive plus for me. All around these wipes couldn’t be any better.

I love using these makeup remover wipes to wipe as much make up off before going in with a wash. This does an amazing job and removing your makeup effortlessly. Doesn’t leave your face feeling dry and also feels super smooth to the touch. One of the best wipes I’ve ever used.

These are by far my favourite makeup remover. I have a hard time with liquids around my eyes so for me the clothes are the best option. This one is the best I’ve found for effectiveness and gentleness. I find a lot of makeup remover cloths can feel very abrasive but this one never irritates me.

I have used this product for years everytime I travel. In January and in April I used them and broke out ALL over my face. Hundreds of white heads for days. They clearly have changed the product in the last few months. Do not use if you have sensitive skin.

I love this for traveling, and taking makeup off before a deep face wash, as part of a shortcut double cleanse. It takes off most makeup easily. Only points removed are for sometimes needed more remover or a second wipe to remove mascara. Definitely great for travel.
