[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is excellent at removing all of the makeup products left on the face after a long day. It has a pleasant fragrance and isn’t too harsh. I have to make sure I don’t use it when using certain products, as it does make me break out in small red dots.

Love these! They come in so handy! Especially when I don’t feel like washing my whole face in the sink! And I like to use them to get the first layer of my makeup off and then wash after so I don’t make such a big mess. I love that they’re really moist and they don’t dry out before you decided to use them. Even after you’ve opened the pouch.

TLDR: These don't take off all makeup, leave a nasty residue on the skin + may very well be causing acne + excessive dryness. Since I started wearing makeup more often (and, in turn, using these wipes more) I've noticed two major things. Number one: I've gotten so much acne since using these, and on places that have never been an issue, mainly my cheeks. These wipes were the only thing I changed in my routine: same face wash, lotion, foundation + concealer as before. Number two: My skin has dried out. It's so dry. Yes, it's winter, but my skin has never gotten this dry. But that can just be coincidence, however these wipes definitely do not take all makeup off + leave a horrible residue on the skin. If I look in the mirror after using these, I can see places that I definitely wiped that have foundation or concealer still present. My face feels greasy + all around gross after using these, so I have no doubt it's clogging up pores.

Spent more money with these thinking they’d be better especially from a company saucy as neutrogena. Get this I have what looks like cystic acne out of nowhere never had it before but my face is flushed red and bumps all over my face and neck! I’m so mad because my face looks awful! I’m trying so many things to fix what this did to my face now! So mad right now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been my go-to for years. I have tried a variety of products in the past, but keep coming back to neutrogena wipes. They are gentle on my sensitive skin and eyes and feel like they give me a great clean. This is a great first step of my cleansing routine. It is always important to double cleanse. Without double cleansing, these wipes, and any other makeup wipes, leave a film on the face. When used how they are intended, as a first step, they are the best wipe on the market.

My go to makeup remover wipes. These Neutrogena ones do a great and thorough job. My skin gets nice and clean and all residue gets washed away. All around a great product. Pretty affordable and easy to get to. Def reccomend these for an easy and quick makeup remov3r

I also have used the makeup remover towelettes. The second time I used them, I woke up in the morning with very swollen red eyes. It took two days before my eyes and the surrounding area looked normal again. I had to wear dark glasses as my eyes were so sensitive, red and very swollen!

I've been using these for OVER a year, I'd say two years, with no problems. Ran out so bought a new pack as always. First one used out of the new pack day before yesterday, my skin burned and turned red, felt like needles pricking my face. Yesterday noticed my skin was VERY dry and scaly which is never the case. I didn't think it was the wipes as I've used them so long with no issue. Yesterday same problem and today my skin is flaky and burns and red overall. I realized it started after using the first wipe of the new pack and the ONLY new thing or changed thing was the new package of these wipes,, and it got worse right after using them the 2 days. It seems I'm not the only one as I googled it and found a whole news story on it! The package isn't marked "new" or "new formula" so if they changed something they should note it! Very upset and frankly scared off from all neutrogena products at this point. Sadly, as I loved these before. :(

I was initially very happy with this product as it removed my makeup thoroughly without having to rinse. However, the next day, I noticed red fine bumps all over my usually clear face. I didnt pay much attention till the next weekend when I used the wipes again and the rash got more severe. Nothing else had changed, so I am sure this is the cause. Would have been great for me if not so irritating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely liked these makeup remover wipes. They are pretty good at removing makeup quickly with only one wipe. I liked that they didn’t make my face oily or anything like that. The only downside is it makes my face really red for a few minutes afterwards but it goes away fairly quickly.
