I purchased this today, and upon the first time opening it and loading with a tape roll, a shard of metal went into my finger. I had to use tweezers to get it out as it was tiny. I wanted to like it, as it is low profile and metal as opposed to the plastic dispensers that always break. I also noticed that there is no guard or anything on the cutting edge so will need to keep it in a safe location, as opposed to the usual drawer I have it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know you have reached a certain age when you are super excited for a free tape dispenser to come in the mail. This exceeds my expectations. I don't know if I'm a hulk, but I often find myself breaking the plastic dispensers long before I'm done with the role of tape. I love that there's less plastic, with the metal holder and the package came with two additional rolls of tape. The packaging states that the extra rolls can be kept in the packaging, but I was unable to open it without the packaging falling apart. Nothing some good tape can't fix, and luckily this was it. Super chic to leave on your desk at work or in your home office.

I like how the dispenser is stainless steel because the plastic ones can crack or even break if you accidentally drop it. I don’t have to worry about that with this one. Plus I’ll save money by just buying the refills. Highly recommend everyone use this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly didn’t think much about this but when I got it I was really amazed about how cute it is and that it’s stainless steel. I like that you can buy the refill scotch tape to put in and it’s not plastic cause sometimes those brake or they don’t cut the tape very well. This one made it easy to install the tape and to dispense the tape and you can make the tape length as long as you need. It’s sturdy and cute perfect for those of you who like to have those neat gadgets for their arts and crafts or just because you want something cute to have your tape in like me.

In order to use this, I have to put a finger through the hole to act as a spindle. Otherwise the tape constantly comes off its “wheel” %26 needs put back on. I thought about taping it at the top, middle , %26 bottom of the body. But a rubber band works just as good %26 doesn’t leave sticky residue behind.
