I just use it to turn on a light, really, but it's still convenient.I do not have a real frame of reference for the quality- I don't know what the limits are or how long it will last, but I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GE Cync 120-volt 1-outlet smart plug works pretty well once you get it set up. I had to install the Cync mobile app on my phone, create an account and register the device before I could get it to link to my Google Home setup. It was a bit of a pain, but once it's configured on the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi the single outlet smart plug can be uniquely named and controlled using both the Cync app and Google Home's voice control. The device is also able to work with Nest and Amazon Alexa. Since it has built in Wi-Fi a smart hub is not required. The Google app will even let me schedule the power cycling so I can set it and forget it. This will come in handy when I'm on vacation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Lighting - GE Cync 120-Volt 1-Outlet Indoor Smart Plug worked well once it was set-up, but getting it set-up was a little more complicated than I anticipated. While you can use the Google Home app, you still need to have a Google hub/nest. Using the Cync app worked alright. It took a little bit of time to connect to the network but it worked eventually. You also have to enable a skill with the Amazon Alexa app to connect the plug.

I usually use Tp-Link Kasa home devices, but I saw this plug at the store and decided to give it a shot. It works just as well as any other smart plug. The only thing I wish it had was A energy efficient/Monitoring plug. But I give it five stars because it does exactly what it's supposed to do, and what it says it will do. Overall, it's a great plug.

I had my clients purchase these to replace standalone timers that drift way too much. These connect to the router and keep time with the computers perfectly. One nice feature I like about these is if power goes out nothing has to be done to reset them. The come back on with power and work as scheduled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GE cync smart plug, and plugged it in with a lamp in my family room. Works with Alexia which is convenient, but set up is a bit of a challenge to get the device discovered. Once done though it is working fine.

I'm using this with my front window lamp. Works so easy with Google home that I am planning on getting a few more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] App and instructions were easy to set up, but overall can't get it to connect with my alexa as it said it would. When I went from the app and it redirected me to the alexa app, my whole phone froze. Like couldn't shut down my phone to reboot froze. Had to wait for my phone to die after over 18 hours. It was very scary. App glitched out and I'm too scared to reopen it. Took 3 tries to set up with wifi.
