Unlike stick deodorants that can turn tacky or "slimy" once the heat cranks up, this spray stays dry and comfortable all day. It keeps both odor and sweat well under control, even during long hours outside or light workouts. Where it falls short, though, is the scent. I tried the vanilla version, and honestly, it smells more like a home fragrance candle than something you'd want on your skin.
