It is a spray format, and I would prefer the spray to be a bit more narrow. It did the job if keeping odor down during normal daytime wear. I don't usually love Secret scents, they tend to be powdery smelling & this one leans powdery as well. The vanilla scent is VERY overwhelming, making this a dry spray that I do not like. The product itself is ok, it kept me from stinking like body odor, however all I could smell was artificial vanilla with notes of powder. Not a good choice, it doesn't dissipate easily either. I sprayed this in the bathroom and was coughing after spraying, it was so strong. I will be giving this to someone to see if they can use it, but I cannot in good faith recommendthis product. I would also prefer an aluminum free deodorant versus aluminum at such high levels.
