It says to spray on your underarms for 2 seconds and perhaps I use too much because it leaves a white residue. I enjoy the scent but Unfortunately I need something a bit stronger. I never want to have to skip a workout because I'm worried about odors. I have been using the Secret cozy vanilla dry spray deodorant and am so pleased with the results! The nozzle has a really light, even spray, so it doesn't leave clumps or uneven patches. It dries pretty much instantly, so I'm never concerned about a weird feeling where I spray it. And (most importantly i think) it smells AMAZING! Cozy vanilla is the perfect description. Overall, this is the perfect deodorant spray for busy people.
