They go on clear and dry fast so you are ready to go for the day. The Cool Water Lily scent is excellent and keeps me smelling fresh all day long. The scent diminishes a bit once it settles on the skin, which is great. Upon application, it did feel very light and not overly wet. Although, I did experience a very brief burning sensation right when it came in contact with the skin. This was not a huge issue, as it went away quickly. I tested this out during a gym work out, in which it kept my sweat contained and blocked out any unpleasant smells. This did the job!
