It lasts all day and even made it through my cheerleaders 6 hour practice. My only complaint is it does go on white and will cake if you aren’t careful but other than that we love it! Secret has been around along time. This company knows what it’s doing. I sprayed my self at night before bed and when I woke up I was still smelling fresh. A lot of times when I wake up after a hot summer night I’m not that fresh. Unfortunately I hate sleeping in the air conditioning.

The only downside is when you spray this, it tends to fill out the air easily which kind of choked me up a bit. I think it's best to actually spray up under your shirt, as so the aerosol is a little more contained. The spray is easy to use and goes on fast. It does not feel wet or sticky. It does a good job of blocking sweat for a little bit, however, I just don't think it lasts long enough. I also did not care to use it on busy days, as I had to reapply halfway through the day. I definitely use it on days that I'm staying home and not doing too much. I like the ease of use, because you can spray quickly and there's no dry time. And the fresh smell is just so yummy!
