The scent is very strong and does seem to be long-lasting. I wouldn't recommend applying this deodorant if you recently shaved. For me, it will irritate my skin if I've recently shaved. I will then decide based on my needs at the moment. Most of the time my needs are the deodorant and antiperspirant combo. For me though, I am also drawn to the scent. I don’t necessarily want to smell like I have deodorant on. Some can have a really unappealing heavy scent. I was very excited to try Secret antiperspirant deodorant spray in the scent “Wild Rose”. This has a light rose scent that is complimentary to the point that people in the elevator are asking what perfume I have on when it literally is this deodorant and body lotion. It also stands up to being a great antiperspirant. Keeps me dry and smelling good regardless of Mother Nature’s moods with these heat waves. Though this wasn’t the worst spray on deodorant I’ve tried, I’m still just not a fan of the feeling vs traditional stick deodorants. This is effective in keeping me dry and smelling nice even on a super hot hot day! It doesn't leave a film or anything that would feel gross which is nice. I would say it does start to wear off after 48 or so hours. I would reccomend if you're looking for something a bit different than the normal.
