For context, I find that I need to use deodorant at least twice a day and work out 3-4 times per week. This deodorant was pretty good at covering up my body odor for a few hours, and I needed to reapply about 2-3 times per day. It also held up alright during my workouts. The spray makes it easy to use, but reapplication could be an issue if in public, which was a bit problematic for me. I also just really did not love the scent. This is definitely a me issue and completely dependent on my tastes, but it's very overtly floral and rosy, which got a bit overwhelming for me.

The spray nozzle distributes the product well so it’s easy to apply and it doesn’t feel sticky or anything which is great. It goes on clear and even and won’t leave white residue like stick deodorant usually does. The rose scent is pleasant, but I prefer the cocoa butter option, if I had to choose only one. You can definitely smell it throughout the day though so if you don’t want or like smelling like you have a body spray or perfume on, you might not like this deodorant. If I'm going to test antiperspirant, I might as well REALLY test it in this oppressive heat. I'm happy to report that this spray kept me feeling cool & dry all day long. The spray nozzle made it easy to apply and did not clog. I really enjoyed the Cool Waterlily scent.
