The All-Clad quality I have grown to trust carried over to these items as well. I have purchased the 3 different sets of pot/pans for myself and family members and needed a new set of bakeware. I was excited to see this offering but still searched for online reviews and videos, all of which were favorable. I say that only to validate my review of the 5 piece set I purchased. It is truly outstanding. The weight equate to sturdiness, the handles provide an ease of handling which is very welcome in bakeware. Finally the quality finish has provided an ease of cleaning after use. I will purchase the other bakeware items at some point because time after time All-Clad has delivered the quality I hoped for and beyond. BTW, I’m a guy and not good at baking so when I say this stuff works… I really mean it helps my errors!!!!

Having a cooling rack that is fitted to the cookie sheet is a plus as well. If I bake say french fries, I always cook them on an elevated rack. The struggle is over for me on that one. The absolute best part for me though is the extended handles to pick these pans up. I struggle to grip things, especially pans so this is a lifesaver. These pans are heavy duty and high quality, and if cared for properly will last you a lifetime.

The large handles are great and make it easy to remove from the oven without getting burned. The overall quality is very nice, and I don't have issues with my food items sticking to the pan. First, I must give credit that it is PFOA-free! This is a major benefit for me, as I have several pet birds; using PFOA/PTFE cookware could kill them due to their little lungs. Second, the nonstick capabilities are seriously impressive. I cook mini quiches in the muffin pans, and never have problems with egg and cheese being stuck beyond hope. They wipe and rinse off with ease. None of the pieces show any signs of warping or bending, and I've been using them at least twice a week for a month. I know I couldn't say that about my last set! The quality of materials, as well as the construction, make this set ideal for anyone who values frustration-free cookware.

The muffins come out perfectly sized and I made the best banana loaf ever. The square piece is great for brownies and, of course, the cookie sheet is for...cookies, lol. Buy this set. It washes up very easily and you can tell that it is a very good quality set that will be good for years of use. I’ve made several loaves of bread in the bread pan and cookies on the sheet pan so far and nothing sticks. The bottoms of the bread and cookies came out cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend this set if you’re looking for quality bakeware that is going to last!

And they all came out perfect! And the cooling rack is a very nice addition. I will recommend these to anyone.
