Expensive but great mattress so far. However, customer service was not as great - mainly because they have yet to even reply to my online inquiries and messages. The first delivery attempt failed because they forgot to even put the mattress in the delivery truck, which forced me to waste a day off from work. Second successful attempt was 8 days later - not a huge deal but also a bit annoying. Overall, it took a little over 3 weeks from time of order to delivery. Lastly, when I was comparing the order receipt with my bank account transaction, I found out that they overcharged me.

When we decided to go bed shopping this was the first bed the salesperson put us on. We both loved it instantly. We tried lots of other beds but nothing compared to this one. We also decided to go with a split king so I could prop up for my acid reflux and she could prop up to read. Since having the bed we both are sleeping better and our back issues have subsided. It's refreshing to wake up after a good night's sleep. We just wish we would have bought it sooner. Great investment

We have different preferences - I like cushion and he likes it firm. This mattress was the perfect fit for our wants and needs. My ONLY regret about buying this bed is that we didn't buy it sooner. We fall asleep faster, stay asleep all night, and don't wake p with aches and pains like we used to with our old mattress. I usually toss and turn in my sleep, but with this mattress, I stay put all night. If you are thinking about buying this bed, you should buy the bed! I wish we wouldn't have waited.

My only change I would possibly make is switching from soft to medium or firm, I sometimes have a sore back after waking up.

All my life, I had followed the mantra that a firm and stiff mattress is best for your back. But as an aging side-sleeper, my back began to hurt when sleeping on my firm mattress (which was not sagging). It took me a few days to get used to the new softer mattress, but my back feels so much better--when sleeping on the side AND sleeping on my back. I love my new mattress and should have switched years earlier.
