[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a split Cal King mattress and base from another retailer that we did not like and ordered a SEALY Cal King mattress. Ordered it direct from SEALY. Salesman was fantastic to work with and answered all my questions over the phone. We had already laid on it at another retailer so we knew what it felt like. SEALY gave us a 90 day sleep trial which the other retailer would not plus we got in on their bonus gift sheet/pillows/mattress cover. Delivery came earlier than expected and was easy to coordinate with delivery personnel. So far we are pleased with the comfort and support this mattress offers. The hybrid seems to offer more support and we are not sinking into it too much like other foam mattresses. We have only had it 9 days so far but we are sleeping much better. It works well with our adjustable base.

I love the fact that my husband and I don't feel each other moving all night. The bed is soft but gives good support! It is very pleasant to relax on and especially sleep on! I only wish it could be flipped over to rotate it for the future but we are very happy with this purchase!

The plush surface offers pressure-free comfort while the underlying support prevents sinking or sagging. My only caveat is we've only had this mattress for a short time so not sure about longevity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a few beds before coming across a sealy posturepedic hybrid. I have several health issues that make sleeping challenging. This mattress has helped considerably in my quality of sleep. My pain has decreased due to the support and comfort I get from my mattress. There's no dipping in the center no movement when your mate rolls over. The edge of the mattress has great support as well. If this bed holds up to the warranty as promised I will definitely be buying g another. Matter of fact I'm saving to get another for my guest bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Matress has a med firm comfort level. Was hoping for a more dense foam firmness level but still feels quite comfortable. I sleep on my sides and have not had any soreness at all. Matress looks well constructed. Hopefully foam does not sag over life of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The purchase portion of my experience was easy, and we've noticed an improvement after only a few days. The delivery process was a nightmare. After several calls to Sealy and fighting with the local delivery company to schedule delivery, we received our mattress 1 1/2 months from the time of placing and receiving confirmation of our order. Sealy's website states it takes approximately 2-3 weeks from the time they confirm your order. The delay in receiving the mattress was a little irritating and required Sealy escalate to find out what the status was of my order. However, my experience with the delivery company almost pushed me to cancel my entire order. They (delivery company) called me to schedule a delivery appointment, after calling back in almost immediately, we locked in a date and I inquired about a timewindow . The Rep said they wouldn't know until the night before and would text or call me to provide a timeframe. This is when it turned interesting. I received a text the night before our expected delivery date saying that I needed to schedule my delivery appointment. I called the delivery company back and the Rep said he could see that I called in previously but didn't schedule a delivery date. I responded 1. I remember speaking with you directly to schedule my delivery and 2. Why would I call you about scheduling my delivery and not schedule a date. I asked to speak with his supervisor, and he said his manger was in a meeting, I told him I could hear you talking with your manager, why can't he join the call. I called and emailed Sealy support after my call with the delivery company to escalate again. Thankfully the manager from the delivery company called while I was on with the Sealy rep, so I conferenced him in and walked through the situation. I believe that was the only reason they agreed to deliver my mattress upon the original date we had agreed on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sitting to get onto the mattress, it sinks and you feel like your going to slide off---------then, when first lying down its very lumpy feeling ,like my old mattress, once in sleeping position , it starts to get better feeling. At the price I paid , It's not worth the money. I should of gone to some stores and tried lying on some other mattresses. My mistake!!! Also, I don't feel any cooling effect as it states ! This is the third week since it was delivered. And ,what Hybrid does for the feel, I sure don't know. Again , I surely should of tried laying on some other mattresses ! ! !

Sam's Club would not honor the $200 e gift card, clearly deceptive advertising practices. The ad indicates a $200 Sam's Club e gift card comes with purchase. Has anyone received the $200 Sam's Club gift card and if so how! I also sent Sealy a customer support email about this ad and did not even get a reply.
