Very soft and supports side and back. so far I like it a lot.

I didn't realize how bad my old bed was until I purchased this fabulous new bed.

Comfortable but took a few weeks to get used to the firmness.

Had it about a week and am satisfied. Comfortable sleeping on back or side.
