This mattress took a couple of nights to get used to, but once I did, it delivered a great night's sleep! The product information that is asked for for the warranty information was not readily available on any of my receipts. I had to call the point of purchase and ask them for help. Also the tag with the serial number on it is in a difficult place to find!

I'm 250 lbs and have the back problems to match. My spouse is 140 lbs. After crawling out of the dip on my side of the mattress one morning, we decided to do a few in-home trials (including the gimmicky "egg-test" mattress). Save yourself the hassle. The Silver Chill (firm) is soft on top, but has the firm support I need.

We've had the mattress for about a month. My partner likes firm mattresses, so we got the firm sealy hybrid. I hoped the cushion foam top would be enough softness for my preference, but it's a little too firm for me. Overall 4 stars, Time will tell how it holds up.

For the first time that I can remember, I woke up feeling rested. This mattress is so comfortable and supports my body in all the right places. I mostly sleep on my side but find this mattress is comfortable on my back as well. I am so glad I made this purchase.

My favorite part is how much better I sleep on this mattress. It is very comfortable. The negative would be the cooling part only works if the sheets are off. Once a mattress protector & sheet are covering top of mattress it doesn't feel much cooler to me. I bought it for comfort not cooling so I am pleased.

Smell gets 1 star, mattress comfort gets 5 stars. Had first one exchanged for new one since bedding and bedroom smelled of "foam." Who wants to breathe that for 8-9 hours a night? Second one better but not acceptable. Going to file yet another complaint with store once they re-open or with Sealy directly.

I have back pain and shoulder pain quite often, and I try my best to find a mattress that helps eliminate and minimize that. The Sealy Albany Hybrid Mattress claims to be a medium level with memory foam and gel. It also claims to have a protective cooling cover. It also claims to be adjustable base compatible. I was in so much pain daily before this mattress. The previous mattress we had didn't meet my standards. Now with the Sealy Albany Hybrid Mattress, I can actually feel the support the mattress is providing me. I don't feel like I sink into the mattress, so it offers great support to me and my body's needs. I often sleep in various positions. I've found with the Sealy mattress, it doesn't matter if I sleep on my side, back, or stomach. I find it comfortable and supported every way. The Sealy has also made my pillow feel more comfortable. When I wake up in the morning, I actually feel rested now and not sore. It also seems like I'm not tossing and turning as much in the Sealy, and I feel like I'm finding it easier to find comfort and fall asleep faster. Another aspect that I love about this mattress is the cooling cover. My husband gets hot very easily when he sleeps, and he always has a fan on. I've found that the cooling cover definitely provides that extra boost of cool comfort to the body, which allows you to not overheat while sleeping. The benefits to me for owning this mattress are that I'm without a doubt falling asleep faster, finding comfort in every sleeping position, having support to my body, not sinking into my mattress, and not waking up tired and achy. I would definitely recommend this mattress to family and friends or anyone searching for a mattress. If you find yourself to be sore on a frequent basis, lacking good sleep, tossing and turning, or finding yourself sinking into your mattress; then I highly recommend trying the Sealy Albany Hybrid Medium. It has resolved so many issues I was having with my former mattress. My body is in such better condition, and my sleep has significantly improved. When it comes to sleep, you want it to be filled with comfort and quality you can count on, the Sealy Albany Hybrid Medium has provided that for me. I would definitely purchase this mattress again, and I am beyond impressed by the Sealy experience. I love that this mattress was made in the USA, and it also has a 10-year limited warranty. Nice mattress. It took a while for me to get accustomed to the mattress, but once I did, I realize that I'm sleeping better and I awake in the morning with less stiffness and body pain. I like the hybrid with both the innerspring coils and the gel foam top. I think it gives you the best of both bed technologies.

I've never purchased a bed in a box. I purchased a platform bed, was told the bed in the box mattress was too of the line. Excellent mattress... NO!! It is hard to get out of, you will into the center. I absolutely hate the mattress, and I will be going back with an old fashion mattress.

My husband and I both have back problems. This mattress was so comfortable that we were actually able to get a total night's sleep. The only problem is the cost of the sheets for a 15 1/2" deep mattress. That's minor compared to the comfort it gives.
