The box spring arrived five days after mattress and when we opened the box the screws were thrown all inside the box loose and when we put it together the screw holes were in the wrong place for this price the quality should have been better.

I held off from reviewing this product until I had time to assess it awhile. It's been about a month and both my husband and I are sleeping so much better. It's firm and super comfortable. And the lower back discomfort is gone!

I now sleep like a baby since I bought bed, and do believe that in part it’s bc of the support the box spring gives the bed. Definitely the bed is the star of my sleep but I do think have the proper box assists in the that happening.

We contemplated not getting this. So glad we did. It’s a very important piece to the system and work great in our existing bed frame. We did have to cut two notches in the frame to make it work, but that was easy and it worked

Easy enough to put together but whoever predrilled the holes must have been using the wrong side of the measuring tape! Only 1 middle rail hole lined up with the actual rail. Didn’t change much just took extra time for assembly.

It was a little tricky to put together, but it seems very durable. Overall, I think it was a good value. I was looking for a bedframe that can withstand occasional dive-bombing by my large teenage son, and so far so good!

I travel for work and spent 60 nights per year in hotels across North America, and my GhostBed is the most comfortable bed in which I've ever slept. The perfect blend of support and softness. LOVE it. The GhostPillows are incredible, too.

The bed is sturdy, easy to put together that my 15yr old son didn't need to ask how, the height is perfectly, and it looks good. Having the warranty as well is nice to have for just in case.

I had researched diffferent beds for awhile before purchasing the ghost bed. We bought a king size with support stand. From the first night it was amazing! I was skeptical about memory foam, but will never go back.

The instructions came with a video and it was relatively to put together. We did have to watch the video multiple times to get the center piece just right because it seemed backwards (according to the paper instructions).
