It was fairly simple to follow the instructions, but the bed frame came in pretty splintered, and most of the holes didn't line up. The whole thing is crooked because the braces were installed crooked. It's more of a rhomboid then a rectangle. Would not recommend

So very pleased that we went with GhostBed. Besides the excellent customer service, we were instantly enjoying a full nights sleep. One of us is a side sleeper, the other a back sleeper & we both are extremely pleased. I only wished that we discovered GhostBed sooner. I will also mention that my worry of over-heating is unfounded! Perfect temperature along with being perfectly supported. YAY at long last :)

We are very impressed with the ghost bed all-in-one foundation. It came right to my door and was very easy to assemble. The legs are far nicer looking than a regular bed frame, giving the set a very polished look. I am very impressed with the foundation.

Fantastic product. It was very cost effective in comparison to the Quality of product it is. It was Very Easy to assemble in comparison to how sturdy the frame really is. I would like to have had an insert or some sort of way to keep pets from getting under the bed BUT it is a very High Quality product and we are well pleased with the over all experience!!

We got this bed because its made in the USA and we needed a shorter bed for our older dogs. This bed is great! Doesnt squeak or make noises stays in place and looks great! Putting it together was super easy and all the parts are super durable. I love that you can change the height too! Works perfect for us and im excited to try the other products!

My husband and I recently were transferred from west coast to the east coast for my job. We decided to purchase a ghost bed for our master bedroom in our new home. We are so glad we did. The bed is comfortable, if someone moves or gets up in the night, the other person isn't disturbed, and we both wake up after a sound night sleep. Bonus: our dog loves the bed too haha. And, the foundation was super easy to assemble. We love our bed.

The set up was a little complicated by the fact that it was not put in the box the way the directions stated but with work we got it figured out. The pegs were placed so we had to break them which was inconvenient. The cover doesn't fit correctly either but it works! It works for what we need.

The GhostBed foundation is amazing! It was super easy to put together, taking very little time and no tools except the ones they provided. It shipped very quickly and with no issues. And as for sleeping on it... I have no complaints, as it is so silent and it is a win when it comes to comfort. I was concerned about disturbing my partner when I have to get up during the night, but the GhostBed foundation is silent and sturdy. It was the perfect solution to my problem! I did install the legs, and it is very stable. This foundation was the perfect match for me and my foam mattress.

I’ve got Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease and I barely sleep due to pain. Suddenly I’m sleeping!!!!! It’s so awesome being able to find positions to comfortably lay! I love my Ghost Bed!!!! I keep telling people with back, spine and neck problems to definitely get one!

The bed is comfortable, but the set up instructions were terrible. I actually called for help to set up the foundation. The man who answered argued with me that I was not reading the instructions correctly. It was so frustrating to read the sentence to him and have him tell me that I was not reading the words correctly. The pictures were not clear and the instructions are wrong. I have written procedures for very complicated functions, step by step, please revise your instructions. At least give the same page to your 'help staff' that you include in your packages. And your video misses the critical step showing how to attach the center brace. If it is not attached correctly the horizontal supports are too long on one side and too short on the other side. Here's another issue, I asked for leg extensions because I was afraid the bed would be too low, Why are the extensions a different diameter than the legs? Besides the bottoms were rounded on the extensions but not on the legs. Made the bed wobbly. I took them off. The bed itself is comfortable and the pillows are good, too bad the instructions are useless.
