Difficult to assemble. Sharp edges at both the front and bottom of the foundation. I had to create some bumpers so we wouldn't run into the corners and bruise our legs. Probably wouldn't be a problem if we were using a headboard and footboard but we weren't. Not something I would buy again.

This just seemed like a no brainer when ordering a new GhostBed mattress. Was somewhat easy to put together following the instructions, though they could be clearer. After assembly I had some extra bolts so I watched a video on the GhostBed site, Sure enough, a step was left off the paper instructions. If you buy, follow online instruction, or at least review before you start. Frame is very sturdy and fits the accompanying mattress perfectly. The headboard brackets are helpful, but I still had to drill new holes in my headboard. Because the frame is box spring size, it didn’t quite line up with headboard for a queen size frame. GhostBed should offer links to headboards that would fit their frame/brackets with no modification - or better yet, sell them as part of a combo so one can fully set up a new GhostBed. This frame would replace a box spring beautifully as well. I would buy again!

Love everything about the bed and pillows! I use a Fitbit which also tracks restless sleep, since using the Ghost bed, my sleep as definitely shown a decrease in being restless. And my other half loves it as well. The pillows are simple the BEST I have ever used. I highly recommend the whole package!

I knew I wasn't sleeping well with my old boxsprings, but I had no idea how drastic the change would be with this foundation. It is solid, NEVER moves, and never makes even the slightest sound, even when my 8-year-old jumps on my bed to wake me up on the weekend. :) The price was very reasonable, and the assembly was super simple. Would recommend to anyone!

The foundation seems good and solid. I am very happy with it. Unfortunately, the “White Glove" service was not so great and I am left with trying to properly set it up myself which I am not really physically able to do. One leg was left off of a corner of the foundation and the foundation cover was not properly installed prior to attaching the legs. Ghost Bed did send me a replacement leg, but I have not yet been able to install it due to personal physical limitations. I’m a bit unhappy that I paid for a service to perform the setup that I knew I would not be able to do myself, and that service was not properly performed.

Was very hard to put the cross bars in. Had to eventually use a tap with a hammer. First use it had a few creaks until it all settled. Now that it is all together with bedding on it does look great. All in all we are very happy with our purchase

This is the first bed we have bought online without trying it out. At first I was skeptical, but with the money back guarantee it was worth a shot. At first it was a bit more firm than I thought it would be and it took my body a few days to adjust, but this bed has been amazing. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep all night. I wake up feeling rested and without lower back pain. I give this bed a 5 star thumbs up!

My wife and I currently have a king size Casper mattress and foundation in the master bed room. We decided to purchase a queen size Ghost bed and foundation with the three pillow deal for the guest bedroom. We have slept on both and we both agree that we like the Casper better. The pillows are the best we have ever had!

It is okay but not of best quality box spring I can say. The box spring cover given should be given to cover the complete box spring not just the top part of the matteress. If we have to just push the box spring the cover comes off from one edge and everytime it has to be lifted and pushed if we have to clean the house. Also the screw system needs to be improved.

We've had our ghostbed now for a few weeks and I can tell you, I was extremely sceptical about it but I did do my research on all the beds like this online and picked this company because of the 20 yeAr warranty and the reviews . I figured if I didn't like it, I've got 101 days to return it...nothing to lose. It came in a pretty small box(we ordered a KING size bed!) so when it came I was like..." oh this is goon a be a piece of crap" My daughter and my niece helped me open it up and wow! It was a piece of cake...shrink wrapped and compressed...it popped out and I was truly amazed. It has a chemically smell at first but after a few hours, it was gone. I thought it would be bed but the first night was great. I can't believe how firm and comfortable a bed like this is!!! I have had the best sleep of my life...no joking...I have always had pretty nice spring mattresses my whole life (I'm 53) some better than other but this bed blows all of them away...and for the price and the warranty...Hands down the best mattresss...no question. I'm NECER buying any other bed ever...HIGHLy recommend this one. I'm 270lb man...this mattress hugs but not as bad as a temper..Dic it's cool, firm but so ...comforting...takes away stress is probably the best way I can describe it. Never had a sleep like I do on this bed. I'm not being paid to say any of this...no coupon, no discount....no nothing....I just love this product...we just ordered 1 pillow for me to try....my wife stole it...!!! She loves it...she's a small woman and she loves the bed too! Great for extracurricular activities tooo....less bounce and a little more umph! Wink wink! Never going to another mattresss!
