The foundation is very good and sturdy. There is no movement at all.

Once we figured out how to set it up, it came together quickly.

I have a king ghost bed. My son loved it so I purchased a full for him. Best bed ever!

I have never had a more stable bed. This thing is like putting your mattress on a rock.

:( sadly I am already regretting this purchase. Not even a month old yet. Already have sunk spots.

I chose the all in one foundation because it went with the bed.

It was not the GhostBed brand and it was also not the color it was supposed to be

the foundation was so easy to build. my 13 year old did it!
