Pros: Heavy and well built. I ordered this for delivery and it showed up at my door at 220 lbs! A similar Blackstone weighed 138. This is a very neat, organized package with all of the necessary hardware including a spare screw, knobs, and hangers. It also included a very nice cover and a heavy duty scraper. Most everything on this grill is appreciably large...large control knobs for each burner, large wheels to roll around on (two of which are lockable), each side-shelf has generous depth so the shelf does not feel flimsy, the hinges holding each shelf are thick stainless steel (the shelves can fold down if desired) which mate to large diameter shoulder bolts. A departure from other grills I've owned is the lid is double walled as are the doors to the cabinets underneath the burners. The doors are ingeniously installed with spring pins for the top and a fixed pin in the bottom, each pin is stainless steel. Speaking of stainless steel, there are quite a few stainless fasteners used throughout the design including the nutserts installed into the sheet metal making up the cabinet. Its rare to see nutserts on mass produced consumer assembled equipment. Usually you have to use nuts, bolts, and washers or sheet metal screws used with undersized holes in the sheet metal. The nutserts are a step up and quite welcome. The Cons: Over half of the parts were not labeled though you can interpret which pieces to use by CAREFULLY looking over the excellent instruction manual. Some components are mirrors of the others, so pay attention. Two items were completely mis-labeled, the manual did not match with what was labeled. I found a few times the holes didn't quite line up but this could have been due to me assembling the griddle on my uneven wooden planked deck. However, I did find that the holes for the left side of the griddle were off by 1/8 inch or so. I used my drill and a 1/2" bit to bore out the hole in the back and my Dremel with a metal grinding stone for the front slot. Once enlarged they went together well. The average person may not have the equipment I have for these mods so this could be an issue for others. As I mentioned before the grill is heavy. For a single person of average height and strength they will find it difficult to assemble the grill alone as I did. As of matter of fact, the instructions indicate two people are required for some of the assembly. I'm 6'3" with a wide wingspan and I keep in shape, so I was able to lift and move the larger components by myself...with a bit of manageable difficulty. I did have a problem a few times with getting screws started into the nutserts, but nothing major. The griddle is manufactured by Winners Products Engineering Ltd in Hong Kong. They claim to be the largest grill manufacturer in the world. They also manufacture grills for Char-Broil, Coleman, and Canadian Tire (to name a few). It took roughly 2.5 hrs for me to assemble the griddle. Enjoy!!

Putting this together was a blast. I love the Bilt app where it gives you very good pics and you can twist and turn the pics to make sure you have the right part. It even shows you what type of screw and how many. I put together another Member's Mark grill about a month ago using the Bilt app. So much easier than the manual. Can't wait to use this bad boy.

At the moment, this is a sub optimal griddle with sub optimal customer service. The grease hole in the griddle does not align with the grease trap. Instructed to reach out the customer service instead of returning to the store and have been waiting for a replacement griddle that had the hole in the proper offset position for going on 3 months now.

It's a flat top griddle. Same thing as cooking on a cast iron pan except your outside. I got the stainless steel version of this and the residue from the giant stickers placed on both arm trays left giant glue stains thats impossible to get off. Goo Gone, industrial solvents, 90% alcohol, nothing works. Why stickers?! Should have bought a Blackstone.

Griddle works great! The BILT app made assembly super easy. I was able to put the whole thing together in about 2½ hours by myself

Great app, very easy to use step by step. i will continue to use this app and make everything so easy to do.

excellant design, materials and instructions. it does take a while to assemble and at some point requires a second person but is worth it.
