Have to agree the instructions off the app were amazing. The quality of the griddle is also solid.

Just make sure to insert the gas lines correctly to save time and issues with completion.

The griddle is well built, and the imstallation video is an absolute gamechanger! it makes the experience enjoyable. the fit and finish is also well done.

This is the best app and best experience I’ve had with building anything. This is amazing.

Perfect... Why Did yi waited so long... to buy this wonderful Griddle.

There is a lack of quality control. I requested a part replacement (grease catch) and the problem continued. I will be returning the griddle back.

I went to Sam’s to see the product on display, it had the same problem.  
 The gas griddle had defective grease catch and replacement part had the same problem. In my opinion, there is a lack of quality control in producing the product. 

A few weeks before buying the griddle, I bought the Pro-Series COMBO GRILL and GRIDDLE; I returned it to Sam’s it was missing 3 parts. Again there a lack of quality control. I started to lose faith in the quality of Member’s Mark products.

PRO-SERIES 5-BURNER GAS GRIDDLE

This is a great griddle. Seems to be built very well. Don't use the Bilt app for assembly. The griddle has had some changes that are not updated on Bilt and you will find yourself unassembling what you have done. Printed instructions are easy to follow . I used it this part weekend for cooking breakfast. Cooked a pound of bacon in about 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the griddles cooking performance. I would recommend this griddle
