It doesnt work, and hyper ice hasent answer me for weeks and i want to return it and get a new one. Poor service

Because this brand is great! We use our massage nonstop. It holds up between kids sports or just need to get a knot from a long work week.

Another excellent product, and more powerful that I anticipated. Sleek and comfortable in the hand. Very quiet as usual.

Excellent product. You must read the Let's Get Started booklet or you won't figure out how to turn it on.

It is so much lighter than the last one we bought. So much better. The first one is still great, kept at our vacation home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for travel, my son keeps it in his baseball bag

The price is a little too high, but the item works good and is very light weight which helps to travel everywhere with it

First time I opened the box if was clean, looks brand new as it should I turned it on made a noise but customer care was happy to help

Just received but I'm impressed already. Very easy to use and has a great feel to it. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with a case.

Just ok. Seems a little too intense even on the lowest setting. Also annoying on how you turn it on.
