This is such a fun gift for creative kids! I bought my son this for his birthday and he has created SO many things already! I love that there are pre-loaded ideas the opportunity for him to create his own.

Obsessed

It was fun for about a week, but then clogged. I tried several times to get the clog out and then watched a bunch of videos saying I needed to get a clog repair kit. My problem is not unique I guess. Wish it were easier to unclog but it’s super tiny and not very helpful to try to get working.

I purchased this for my 7 year old son for Christmas. Set up was easy and we printed three toys without any problem. The fourth print came out stringy and ultimately just failed printing. I tried recalibrating it, which is tedious work; you have to turn a screw with your fingers, which is located in a really challenging spot. Then you have to test print, and make additional adjustments, and repeat until it works. Nothing is automatic. We spent more than an hour trying to calibrate it, but the prints still came out bad. My son eventually just asked me to return it, and he went on to play with other Christmas gifts he’d received. A really bad look for sure.

This printer was a big disappointment. It stopped working after only a few uses. When I tried to fix the clog, I found that the tool included in the box couldn’t open all the screws. Many of the screws are an uncommon shape, and I couldn’t find a screwdriver that fit them properly. I contacted Sam’s club and was offered a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement unit was even worse. It couldn’t print at all. After checking it, I discovered that it would not heat up. The nozzle was supposed to get hot during warm-up, but it stayed cold, making printing impossible. This product wasted a lot of my time, and I am very disappointed.

Had a bit of a learning curve but we figured it out. Have printed lots of stuff over the couple days. Get a small brush for cleaning straws and scrub the nozzle after it gets hot and right before it starts to print as some drips out before it goes. any residue will clump and mess it up. Make sure the nozzle is clean. Once we started doing that its been working great.

I'm a 50 years old grandma and I got this for my 8 year old grandson. I knew that he would need help with it but I was very shocked to see how simple it is to operate! My grandson was printing within 30 minutes of opening the box! It's small but it prints very fast! If you want a starter for a younger child this is great!!! I'm planning on getting myself a bigger one but this is perfect for my 8 year old grandson! Thank you for a great product! Can't wait to see what he makes today!!

It was broken when I first got it. Printer head only moved forward and backward. Validated all things and still did not work. Having to return. I do not recommend and will be going with a different brand fir my next one.

For being a kid friendly printer it’s amazing. Awesome 1st 3d printer for all the ages. My 4 and 8 year old can easily print stuff on their own.

This was my 10-year-old son's favorite Christmas gift. He has already made so many cool prints. The printer is easy to use and the app is wonderful.
