This 3D printer is great right out of the box! With the free app we've been printing so many cool things. I am so impressed with this Toybox printer that I went back and bought 4 more 🥳 I will be giving one to each of our kids families for our grandchildren to use. Our grandchildren are already learning how to use them when they come to our house they have the app on the ipads we have here for them. These are going to be great family Christmas presents. A note I feel in love with how easy they are to create cool toys.

Purchased this 3D printer for my son who's done 3D printing at school. He's printed many 5 Nights at Freddy's characters. The printer food is reasonably priced. YouTube video was very helpful related to calibrating. He'll be using this printer for a while.

Easy set up. Fun for kids.

I'm a 50 years old grandma and I got this for my 8 year old grandson. I knew that he would need help with it but I was very shocked to see how simple it is to operate! My grandson was printing within 30 minutes of opening the box! It's small but it prints very fast! If you want a starter for a younger child this is great!!! I'm planning on getting myself a bigger one but this is perfect for my 8 year old grandson! Thank you for a great product! Can't wait to see what he makes today!!

It was fun for about a week, but then clogged. I tried several times to get the clog out and then watched a bunch of videos saying I needed to get a clog repair kit. My problem is not unique I guess. Wish it were easier to unclog but it's super tiny and not very helpful to try to get working.

So I have a Bambu X1-Carbon and have worked with several Prusas, but this thing takes the cake. Fundamentally, they _don't_ walk you through calibration first. They just blindly have you try to print things. When you get to calibration, this is the Toybox Alpha 2. It actually included tools that _can't be used for it_ but rather with the alpha 1. It took me over a day to find the actual calibration screw and 4 days for their support to reply. Then, on the 3rd print, using their own provided PLA "food", the printer generated a clog in the hot end itself. Still have not gotten a response back from the vendor, so we'll be returning this.

This printer does not work well

Didn’t work. Produced a plastic blob. Grandkids were very disappointed!

I purchased this December 9 as a Christmas gift for my nine-year-old grandson. We set it up shortly after New Year's. He printed probably about 15 different things then suddenly it started spitting out god-awful projects, thin string, not feeding right. So I tried looking up online and on their website how to unclog this thing or even clean this thing. The little flat platform the project goes on is already cracking. I tried to look up a Customer Service phone number. There is none you have to email them. I am extremely disappointed because this was advertised all over the Internet. He's been wanting one of these for a while. I tried to attach a photo of one of the projects and how awful it looked and also a short video, but for some reason this won't allow me to
