After turning on the new TV, I was blown away by the quality and easy handling of it. I keep praising to my friends what an upgrade it was and that I regret not having it done earlier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV about a month now and it is meeting and exceeding all my desires. It is good looking even when it is off. I can't believe what a conversation starter this TV is when people come to visit, and they see this monster screen.

The mouse curse on the magic remote is a great and so is the picture. The issue we have is the firmware and sometimes it's slowness to respond to commands. Sometimes it's fast sometimes it can take up to 20 seconds to go into the app center. Don't know if our latest firmware actually needs another update but we recommend the tv overall as a B+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is so extraordinary. I can see every pimple or scar ,thickness of skin make up on every person it's wonderful. The color in the topography and texture detail are like a movie theater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for 2 weeks now. The picture quality is amazing. I love LG TV's for this reason. The included apps are OK, but I wish LG would partner up with Roku since it's much easier to use. Not a big deal since I can use my own Roku device. The magic controller takes some getting used to but overall it's OK. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a big TV at a reasonable cost.

Here is the reason why I am so happy I bought this LG TV. Originally I bought a new 55" Samsung Crystal Tizan. Eleven calls to Samsung trying to put my computer on its screen. Tech support couldn't solve it and was told to call Xfinity. No luck co back to Samsung who then told me to contact Dish - no luck. Then they told me to contact Dell - again, no luck. So I had them pick it up and ship it back. My sister just bought a new LG and told me to try it and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The colors are great but I find the greatest this is the EASE on uses to navigate all of your systems. it's easy to go from TV to computer and back! It's easy to set the many option sleep timer! It's easy to set the type of sound you want, etc. IT'S JUST SO EASY TO ENJOY TV ON MY NEW 55" LG TV!!!

My wife and I installed this in only a short amount of time. The only issue we had was we were reusing a wall bracket from our earlier tv and needed to purchase different mounting screws. Our new LG was much lighter than the old tv and didn't require the larger screws from the old tv.

I have TV for a couple weeks and finally figured out how to live tv. Don't know much about all the other things that come up and don't know which are costing . I got hung up on a stupid cooking show and it nearly drove me nuts. Controls are not intuitive and I am not a techie.'So it has been challenging.

What we have experienced has more than met out expectations and I particularly enjoy the BlueTooth feature with my hearing aids that allows me to directly while still allowing my wife to hear the audio via the units speakers. Many TV's do not allow duel audio and this was the feature that we particularly enjoy.
