Nice picture

Not as smart as they say. I can not download my MLB-Major league Baseball app to watch games. For some reason can only get apps that they have an agreement with. That info came from a technician. Very frustrating that you can't just go to an App Store and download what you want.

Great TV

It's been a few weeks now and I'm still amazed at the brightness (still using the default level), brilliant colors, and blacks of this TV. I run it through my AVR receiver and speakers so I can't comment on the TV's sound. One tip... If you're using input devices such a a Roku, be sure to use the latest HDMI cakes to get the benefit of UHD and 4K upscaling.

Buyer Beware!

Very disappointed with this TV! We own several LG appliances and have been pleased with their reliability over the years. Unfortunately this 55" TV stopped working in less than 1 month from purchase! While watching a program the screen went black...audio but no video. We tried all of the reset fixes but nothing worked. Customer service has been ok to deal with. Instead of replacing the set, they are sending a repairman from over 400 miles away. Looks like we will be without the use of the TV for longer than we have owned it by the time it is serviced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this just before Black Friday, it has a good picture and some nice features , but the curser app is very annoying most of the time and needs a button to disable it when not using. Also am unable to to load some certain applications as they are not listed. it has very good sound and am thinking of not installing my sound bar.
