I have struggled with lower back pain for years. After 3 nights of sleeping on this mattress I sleep for longer periods of time and wake up with significantly less back pain. Our mattress is the Chill mattress so it is nice to crawl into a nice cool bed that stays cool throughout the night! It is a little more firm than what we expected but it is expected to take a bit of time for the mattress to "break in" so to speak. Overall, it is a great mattress and I would recommend that people purchase it for their next bed!

I love my new Sealy Silver Chill mattress. The only thing that wasn't as advertised is the cool factor in the mattress. It is the same temperature as any other mattress in my opinion because of the use of a mattress cover. The warranty is voided if the mattress isn't protected.

I've had my new mattress for four months and my body feels so much better. I'm a side sleeper and before purchasing this mattress, my neck, shoulders, and hips were in constant pain. However, this mattress has helped solve a ton of my issues and has provided some much needed comfortable sleeping. I would highly recommend this mattress. Very comfortable and very affordable.

We had a problem with our 7 year old Memory Foam mattress sagging in the middle. Contacted Mattress King and they emailed me a warranty claim form. Emailed it back to them and by mid morning the next day Sealy had confirmed our claim and awarded us a generous settlement to select a new mattress. Extremely pleased with the new mattress and especially with the customer service. Well done Sealy.

We had a Tempurpedic mattress for six years, and I had constant neck and back pain. Finally, my husband and I went mattress shopping for a hybrid mattress. We really liked the plushness of this mattress, and I found that it supported my neck and back compared to the other mattresses we tried. My hips were lined up properly with it. We have now had it for over 3 weeks and I am amazed at how there's no more neck or back pain in the morning, and I sleep pretty soundly through the night! I spent so much money on expensive pillows over the years trying to find a solution, and I should have just purchased this mattress years ago.

This mattress has been worth every penny. Its soft when you lay on it but not too soft, just right. The gel interior is cool when you first lay on it but during the night it warms from your body heat but it never gets too hot or uncomfortable. This mattress works well with my adjustable base bed as well.

We went to several mattress stores to look at all the inner spring and/or hybrid mattress options available. We also had a recent Consumer reports buyers guide with us. After talking with several sales associates, and lying down on several beds, we decided upon the Sealy Copper II. We felt good about our choice, bought the mattress, however NO ONE told us that the Copper II comes in two versions - a "firm" or a "plush". The mattress delivered to us seemed much softer than the bed in the store - we got the "plush" version delivered to us, but had tried the firm version in the store. NOT HAPPY. When I called Sealy, I was told that there may be a restocking fee of 15% - ridiculous - what good is a 30 day trial if it would cost $200+ to exchange it...

So far, so good. I have been sleeping on this mattress for about a week and don't wake up with the hip, back and neck pain I had from my previous Spring Air pillow top coil mattress. I fall asleep right away and stay asleep all night. Hopefully that will continue and the real test will be during the hot summer months in AZ whether or not the mattress stays cool.

Two nights' decent sleep so far. Thank you Sealy for making a memory foam that is both plush and supportive! There is only a slight "sink" into the memory foam and there is excellent support underneath. I did not think there was very much of a chemical smell at all...as others have mentioned...but I did let it air out for a day before sleeping on it.
