I decided to buy the larger 2-cup size because I liked the smaller ones so much. The quality is not at all the same! The lids do not thread onto to container properly, and after just one month ALL THREE containers have cracked in the same way down the side. Very disappointing, I will not be repurchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such great new kitchen accessories! You can never have too much Tupperware, and Rubbermaid has made these so conveniently sized that you can use one for anything! I've already bought more since I bought my initial bunch.

I bought two of these 2 years ago and last year I bought 4 more. I still have them all and they are all in great shape but I will say I have never put them in the microwave as I didn't know I could. I do put them in the dishwasher though..I put the lid on the bottom but I always put the container on the top. I like these because I can stack them in my refrigerator. I use them for potato salad, baked beans, I store my flour in them and they're excellent for cookies too..I have absolutely zero complaints and in fact I plan on buying more..great product..

I've been using the 2.9 cup square takealongs for some time and found them very satisfactory. Recently these changed to have the "quick clik seal" AND the plastic in the base changed. The new model has become pitted after two or three uses in the microwave / dishwasher - this never happened with the previous model. VERY dissatisfied with the so-called improved version - it has become a use once and throw out product. Serial numbers: 832D12, 832D2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Receiving this product, not only did I find out that it was stackable, which saved a lot of space, but it does everything that it claims. I tested out the lid tightness and used liquids and solids and had no spills. They stacked well and saved a lot of space in my refrigerator.

I'm giving this item 3 stars only because it's missing containers. Mine was missing the 4c rectangles & appears to have 1.7c divided squares instead (meh, I'd rather have the listed 4c non-divided). Also missing was a 2.9c square, no 'replacement' there, just shorted a container. It's the principal of the matter that irritates me here. All in all, this is still an awesome value. I have already recommended this to someone, with the proviso that it's a bit of a crapshoot.

I thought the twist top would be perfect, but I was quite disappointed. I'd gotten them to put things like my yogurt and fruit mixes in for lunch. They leaked all over my lunch bag. euwwww I still use them - they are the perfect size - but I also have to put them into a plastic bag, with a fold over top. If you can use them knowing they won't be turned over, go for it.

I love these twist-top containers for snacks and lunches on the go. I pack them in my daughter's lunch (she is age 5) - she can open them very easily, unlike other containers that her little fingers struggle to open to pull the tops off. They are made to be "tossable" but we use them over and over again with no problems. They are super lightweight. And I love that they are BPA free. These are a much less expensive option than some other kid-friendly containers. I just wish they were easier to find in stores, esp the 1-cup size.

These are, by far, my favorite little containers. They are the perfect size for single servings. They go from the microwave to the dishwasher. I use them everyday for my lunch. They NEVER leak and they hold up beautifully. I am constantly buying more because people that take leftovers never return them!!!

I love this product and am surprised to read negative reviews on it. I bought it as a replacement to a Tupperware container that was lost in a bake sale. The size is perfect for everything we need. We use it to store fruit, cake, deviled eggs, cookies, sliced bread. It is nice-looking enough to bring to a potluck, yet it's cheap enough that if the item gets left at a friend's house, I don't feel I *have to* get it back. I'll just go and buy 2 more! I love it!
