If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you contact our Consumer Services Department toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F. Please have the model number of your product available. Every Rubbermaid product has the Rubbermaid logo and a serial number printed on the label and imprinted into the plastic of the item. This imprinted number may be found on every part and usually on the underside or bottom of the item. Typically, the model number for cleaning products is located only on the label or packaging. This information assists us in identifying the item and provides us with the ability to immediately respond to your inquiry.
