The chair I bought last year collapsed leaving me on the ground and the metal broke. This chair is NOT SAFE. I am well below the weight limit and was using it gently as I always had. Dangerous lawsuit waiting to happen.

Way too heavy to be portable! Could barely lift it out of the shipping box!!!

The chair is stiff to get up and down the first few times but the comfort and size make up for it. Best folding chair I have ever bought!
