I did expected more from this model but still it is okay. The Deep Black is good contrast is good, remote is good too. still I feel the price is much higher as TCL at a cheaper price gives the same effects, I purchased this TV looking into brand name and my friend did buy TCL but he paid far less than what I paid, but cant say anything about durability as its still new T.V.

Purchased a month ago, primarily used in our flex room for streaming and playing games on Xbox X. The gaming mode is nice automatically detects xbox, sound is good I'm sure I'm not using all the features but overall a very nice TV, we also have a 65" frame tv, Samsung does make good tv's. Previously I've had Sony Bravias and other Samsungs TV's.

I bought this tv about 5 months ago and I am very happy with the purchase. Great picture quality; sound quality is ok - I later purchased a Samsung sound bar to “go” with the tv and the sound quality is now just amazing. Since I got this tv and the sound bar, I would rather watch movies on the tv rather than go to the theatre. Watching sports on this tv is also fantastic.

It feels well-built and solid, so I'm not worried about it being flimsy. Picture Quality The picture quality is fantastic. Colors are bright and vibrant, and the 4K resolution makes everything look super sharp. Watching movies and sports is a real treat because the contrast and brightness levels are spot on. HDR content looks especially good with deep blacks and bright highlights. Performance The TV performs smoothly in everything I've tried. Smart Features The smart features are easy to use. The interface is straightforward, and I can find and launch apps quickly. We have been using our tv for a few months now. As seniors, we find it overly complicated and not too user friendly for our age group. The menus are hard to navigate. My husband is visually impaired. The remote is small, mostly black with buttons that are not easy to see.

Nothing compares to Samsung for the picture quality, value and features. LI also have a 65" 3D Samsung plasma tv that is still working flawlessly I will never buy anything other than Samsung for my television viewing. Great trouble free product line. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great tv perfect picture great sound and has the ability to use 2 sound devices simultaneously plus more if connected thru Samsung wifi devices the qsymphony kinda lacks tv volume though sadly I wish there was a way to adjust both volumes instead of the soundbar way outblasting tv speakers.. overall worth the buy.. but beware if you're buying a Samsung devices for philips hue sync app it comes with a hefty price to use the app nothing I can afford after just spending what I did on the tv the built in xbox dashboard is nice but would be better if it supported party chat
