i am utterly and completely in love with this AC. it makes me appreciate technological advances. it is so quiet compared to my old AC!! i have zero complaints.

Right out of the box the Windmill AC is an innovative high quality product that is very easy to install. Plus - Very responsive and user friendly customer service. 5-Stars all around.

It’s an air conditioner. Updated with Bluetooth and digital display but still air conditioner. Hopefully it will work for more than 2 years and I will consider that a success

The technology is first rate and its look far surpasses the ac’s we are all accustomed to having in our window. It’s efficiency is great compared to my old unit. A great buy.

The machine is great, but the service has been incredible! When I had an issue, they gave me an entirely new unit. I would recommend them to anyone, and they definitely have my custom for life!

Looks great and works just as well. Love the app, especially the ability to track energy usage. Hope they expand on that and other data such as air quality in future versions of the app.

The customer service I received was incredible. It was great to speak with a full team who were up-to-date on my situation and all equally helpful. I loved how personal the Windmill team's care was.

Such a great investment! This is truly the iPhone of ACs. Not only the design is sleek, but I love its performance and the fact that I can control with my phone.

The unit was so easy to install!! I was nervous about having to figure it out but the instructions are straightforward and I didn’t need to worry. Having the app is such a life saver, especially during the current heat wave.
