Easy to install! However, the room temp reading in ECO mode is very inaccurate. Support suggested a fix I have yet to try. Would be good to not have to do anything since this is brand new.

Easy to setup, functions well, and I love features like turning the AC on and off from my phone. Also, easy on the eyes! Two people have commented that they've never seen an AC Unit so nice looking :)

Great ac unit! Attractive and functional. Excellent quality. I would suggest re designing the "this side up" signs on the box- my mail person was confused and my unit was delivered on its side. Otherwise fantastic!

Love the product - looks great and setup was so easy. I also cut the panels too short and they were quick to send me replacements which I appreciated!

I love my AC it was easy to install, is very quiet, cools my whole apartment on its own. But the best part is the app I can turn it on on my way home so I don’t have to run it all day and get home to a nice cool apartment.

It took us 15 minutes to install…15 minutes! It’s priced the same as other ACs so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t buy this one with its sleek design, wifi control, easy installation. If you’re in NYC, this is AC is especially worth it.

I was very surprised to find that the Windmill AC with WhisperTech is extremely loud when the compressor is running. My cats are bothered by the sound. It is also very heavy, but I am sending it back nevertheless.

AC is great and very quiet. Cools the room easily and the App is useful. Only complaint is that it came with screws of different lengths which made it harder to install. Also on some windows with thick bottom bars there are some gaps
