Great design, easy install, cools my medium sized apartment (3 rooms!) I love this! I hope it stores well over the winter (always a test) as i don't like leaving it in the window the whole time...

On the experience of owning an original 6K BTU A/C, we added a whisper 10K BTU A/C. Then, when an old unit was found to be no longer cooling, we replaced it with a whisper 8K BTU A/C based on our early experience with the 10K unit.

Great! It was very easy to install and works very well…app is great etc. it looks better than most too, although of course one can imagine an even more beautiful design.

I appreciate the aesthetic of the AC and the mobile app functionality. However, I have no control over the direction of the airflow; I think this is a huge limitation.

Works like a charm! I used it in my infant daughter and toddler’s room and it is so quiet that the hardly noticed. I have recommended it to everyone in my family!

So quiet, a friend asked me where I hid my central AC unit outside. Nearly as quiet as the “cooling” Dyson tower fan/purifiers I have in the house. Perfect hot summer cooling solution in my 1800s home. Please make a heat/AC combo unit!

The unit had a defect. It was making very loud noise and with vibration. Customer service respond quickly. They realize the product was defective and they sent a replacement on few days. The product has a very appearance and stile.

Amazing! So streamlined and clean looking. Super easy setup. Reminded me of opening an Apple product. Easy to follow instructions. And I can’t get over the look of it in the window! Oh…an it also works really well!!!!
