I love this ac. It was pretty easy to install so I was able to do it on my own. It also cools my room pretty quickly. The smartphone capabilities are also pretty cool. Only thing I could say is that it may not sit as flush in some older window types

We are very happy with the sturdy, eye pleasing and quiet AC. Set up easy, nice APP. Apartment window, no problem. Most important along with cooling, but the sounds of silence. No longer feel we are sitting on the airport runway.

A/c made plenty of ice cold air but wouldn’t automatically turn off. Once I communicated with Windmill customer service, they sent a new replacement Free of charge . What more can u ask for ?!

Perfect sizing! Fits and looks good on the window. Super cool design! The whole function and usage is so easy and friendly. I love it. I never thought I’d be happy and in love with an air conditioner. It looks great in my apartment!

Our AC unit started to make strange sounds and upon contacting customer service, they promptly sent a new unit. Super pleased with how they handle the process. Satisfied with the AC unit overall. It’s great to have an AC that is not an eyesore.

This air conditioner is awesome! I love how customizable it is. Having both a cool option for constant air and eco one that just maintains is amazing. Plus its so easy to operate and install.

Absolutely ADORE this AC unit! Super sleek looking and I can operate from my phone -- I can pump the AC as I leave work so it's cool when I get back. Also VERY quite and great air flow.

The Windmill AC was super easy to install and had cool air blowing out in now time. It's extremely quiet and the wifi capabilities are an added bonus. Love being able to turn on the AC when I'm not home
